Our Mixologists spend the morning rummaging for local produce, herbs, and botanicals from the Farmer's Market for each Academy.
Your instructor will lead you into the history, mystery and birth of the classic cocktail during the Prohibition Era (1919-1933) while experimenting with Early American cocktails like the Sazerac, French 75 and Aviation. Learn proper cocktail technique with a complete set of bar tools at your disposal. You will create 4 cocktails with guidance from our seasoned mixologists.
